Counter Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, the DMCA allows us to restore the removed content unless the original copyright owner files a lawsuit against you within 10-14 business days.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
